About the Programme


  • The Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Northampton is an internationally recognised postgraduate qualification that is focussed on in-depth knowledge of all essential business and management related topics and functions.

  • The programme consists of 8 modules with an optional weekend workshop in the Balkans or UAE conducted directly by the faculty of the University. These workshops take place at the start of every module once every 10 weeks and have been branded as essential elements to an individual's success on the MBA.

  • The programme builds on the individual's personal and professional experiences and provides a thorough foundation in business management & leadership; while allowing students to explore what they learn on the programme in real world situations.

Entry Requirements


  • Applicants from the Balkans will normally hold a first or second class honours degree from a British University or equivalent and must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant managerial level work experience.

  • Relevant management experience will normally include holding a formal managerial position which involves managing people, processes and resources.

  • During the application process you will be asked to provide evidence of the number of staff managed, your budget level responsibilities and other resources you have coordinated.

  • You will be asked to provide job descriptions and other relevant information to support your application.

  • Exceptionally, students may be admitted without degree qualifications so long as they have evidence of at least five years’ experience of management using the criteria above.
